I give 5 stars to the Better Living Store. Great communication, fast delivery and well packaged. Hunter recommended this downrod to coordinate with my Overton fan. Unfortunately, it wasn’t even close to matching (no idea why Hunter would recommend) and this seller was great with offering suggestions. My fan is matte nickel which is considerably lighter than matte silver. I ended up just spray painting to match my fan and worked out great.
